Just a Normal, Everyday Guy
As I'm sure you can see, I'm not really anybody special. I'm just a "normal" guy who enjoys spending time with my family, playing games, making music, and going on vacation. The one thing that makes me different from other "normal" people is the mindset I have developed in order to become successful online.
Clare and I don't have children of our own, but as you can see, we are very close to our "adopted family members." We have a mini-lop named Baylor (my wife got her for Valentine's Day '07), and our most recent addition is our cockapoo, Chase. We all live in a small town in northern Mississippi.
Introduction to Network Marketing
While in college, Clare and I met a friend who was involved in the network marketing/direct sales industry. Until then, we had always perceived network marketing as a bunch of pushy salesmen trying to sell you on their newest "best product." However, after learning that this person was making approximately $30,000 per month, we became a little more interested. Our preconceived notions quickly changed.
We learned that network marketing was simply a business that involved people helping other people succeed in their own home based business. The business we were introduced to, however, was not for us. It involved pitching our products to our friends and family, hosting "parties," and spending a ton of money on products for ourselves!
We Kept Searching.... And Searching...
In 2006, after Clare and I were married, we decided to find a business that would allow us both to work from home, travel the world (we both LOVE to travel), and help other people do the same, without recruiting friends and family. It took 2 years of browsing the internet, a lot of research, and a firm belief that such a business even existed, but we eventually found an opportunity that was right up our alley! It involved a solid product that has proven its value for over 20 years, a phenomenal compensation plan, and proven marketing systems.
